- Why is Hirefolio so much cheaper than Teal, Huntr, or Simplify?
- Because our users are between paychecks. We price for a 2–4 month search, not a forever subscription. Flat monthly or quarterly billing, no per-week pricing tricks, cancel in two clicks.
- What happens when I get hired?
- Cancel from Settings and keep access through your paid period. Your profile, resumes, and network stay saved on the free plan, ready if you ever need them again.
- Do the work-search reports satisfy my state?
- Reports include employer contact details, position, application method, date, and follow-ups; these are the fields state unemployment agencies audit. You pick your state and weekly minimum, and Hirefolio flags applications that are missing required data.
- What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
- Your records stay yours: application tracking, your career profile, manually added contacts, the network map view, and rule-based follow-up notifications all keep working free. Everything else (AI resumes and cover letters, coaching, interview prep, job search, bulk LinkedIn import, Network Intelligence, compliance reports, the benefits finder, and document exports) needs Pro. Your data is never held hostage; export or delete it anytime.
